Please do not send confidential or patient data. Do not include patient-identifiable information, protected health information, or confidential study data in the contact form. For anything sensitive, contact us first and we will agree a secure channel and, where appropriate, a non-disclosure agreement.

3. Why we may process it, and on what basis

We do not use your data for marketing emails, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to maintain a record of our business correspondence — normally [24 months] from our last exchange, unless the enquiry leads to a contract, in which case the applicable commercial and legal retention periods apply. Spam-prevention records (IP address and timestamp) are discarded within a short period.

5. Who can see it

Enquiries are read by Incite Medical personnel involved in assessing and responding to them. We also rely on the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:

We do not otherwise transfer your data to third parties, and we never sell it. Where data reaches a country without an equivalent level of data protection, the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard used by the provider concerned.

6. How it is protected

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are transmitted to our mail server over an authenticated, encrypted channel. Access to the mailboxes that receive enquiries is restricted to the people who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, which is why we ask you not to send confidential material through the form.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to:

Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch) or, if you are in the EU/EEA, with your national supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser may store a preference such as light or dark display locally on your device; this never leaves your browser and is not readable by us. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site against automated attacks.
